Tigers placed 5/15 at the Luce Trophy qualifying the team for War Memorial Conference Championships!!! On Saturday, 4 races in each division were completed with stable winds out of the southeast (5-10 knots). ⛵️IOR – A team of 7 Princeton sailors headed to Larchmont Yacht Club to participate in the Storm Trysail Foundation’s annual Intercollegiate Offshore Regatta (IOR). Saturday started off with a very light northerly, raging from 4-7 knots. Racing ended up being cancelled in anticipation of better breeze early on Sunday morning. ⛵️Allstate Sugar BowlThe team was greeted with warm temps and light winds in New Orleans. The wind picked up to 4-6 knots northerly and racing got underway. This weekend the Tigers competed at the John Quinn regatta hosted by Monmouth. The morning started with teams on postponement due to wind being 2-3 knots, but it eventually picked up to 11 knots in the afternoon, with higher gusts throughout the course.
